Mr. Amaurie Lacey, age 17, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life Monday, June 2, 2025. He was born November 2, 2007 in Cartersville, Georgia. He was a student at Calhoun High School.

He is survived by his father, Cedric Lacey Sr. and Joanne Sims of Calhoun, GA; mother Rebecca Bailey of Cartersville, GA; grandmother, Barbara Byrd of Smyrna, GA; brothers, Elijah Lacey, Cedric Lacey Jr of Calhoun, GA, Brett Hudson of Rome, GA; sisters, Cedira Lacey, Kamiyah Lacey of Calhoun, GA, Beunca Blair of Texas, Courtney McCullough of Chatsworth, GA, Taylor Hudson of Calhoun, GA, Avery Hudson of Rome, GA, Kaitlyn Bailey; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
