Mr. Zachery Lee Spears, age 18, of Rome, Georgia, departed this life Saturday, July 17, 2021, at his residence. He was born September 7, 2002 in Rome, GA. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Steve Hayes.

He is survived by his father, Micheal Spears; mother, Stephanie Hartley; grandparents, Lesia and Jose Cruz all of Rome, GA, June Hayes of North Carolina; brothers, Matthew and Madison Spears, Micheal Tyler Spears; sisters, Ashton Spears all of Rome, GA, Shelby Bayly, Ryan Bayly of North Carolina; aunts and uncles, Gabi and Reuben Kindred, Angela and Lee Presley of Rome, GA.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Zackery Lee Spears will be held Saturday July 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Reverend Terry Addis officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
