Baby Yara Janai Duckett 3 day's old daughter of Sharronda Duckett and Kirk Douglas of Chattanooga departed this life Sunday June 16, 2019 at the Erlanger Hospital. Our precious baby Yara Janai Duckett, was given to us on June 13, 2019. The joy of our life. God gave her to us for a short time but, she gave great joy to all her who was part of her life.

The family to forever cherish her life with loving memories are: Parents, Sharronda Duckett and Kirk Douglas Jr., grandparents; Alan (Valentina) Duckett, Kirk Douglas Sr. and Tawanna Preston, uncle; Alan (Tenisha) Duckett as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and a very special friend Emma Perkins. Rest in Peace sweet Yara our little butterfly.

A Graveside service to honor the life of Yara Janai Duckett will be held Tuesday June 25, 2019 at 10:00 am at Lakewood Memorial Gardens East
