Mr. Wyman Horn age 94 of Dalton, GA, departed this life April, 24 2022 at Dalton Place care facility.

Mr. Horn was born March 5, 1928, in Bradley County, Tennessee, a son of the late Chester Lee and Blanche Poteet Horn. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Lela Payne Horn. Wyman was a self-taught auto body and repair mechanic and worked for B&B Body Shop before retiring from Babb's Body Shop. He loved his Fords and was convinced they were the only choice to go with when it came to a vehicle! He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sheila and Sam Hughes of Dalton, Georgia; brother, Ronald Horn of Cleveland, Tennessee; sister, Wilma Freeman also of Cleveland, Tennessee; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Paul and Brittany Hughes; great-grandchildren, Kennedy and Josh Myers, Griffin Hughes, Jagger Hughes, Tyler Bohannon, and Kinsey Bohannon.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Wyman Horn will be held Sunday, May 1, 2022, at 2:00 o'clock p.m. Ponders Melrose Chapel. He will be laid to rest at West Hill Cemetery beside his beloved wife in Dalton, Georgia with his grandsons, Paul Hughes, Jagger Hughes, Griffin Hughes, and Tyler Bohannon honored to serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday April 30, 2022.
