Mr. William "Billy" Clifford Ridley Jr., age 59, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at PruittHealth – Shepherd Hills in LaFayette, Georgia.

Billy was born on August 18, 1965, in Dalton, Georgia, to the late William and Leona Ridley. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Terry Allen and grandson Jr.

He is survived by his children: Allen and Frances Ridley of Jackson's Gap, Alabama; Seth Jordan and Drake Jordan of Texas; Donna and David Simmons of Chatsworth, Georgia; and Sheila Jordan of Athens, Georgia. He is also survived by his loving sisters and brother-in-law: Vickie and Jerry Bolton of Rocky Face, Georgia; Martha Asher of Dawnville, Georgia; Tammy Ridley of Dalton, Georgia; and Brenda Boatwright of Chatsworth, Georgia. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren.

Billy was a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren, who were truly the joys of his life. He found great happiness in spending time with them and especially enjoyed fishing and making memories with his family.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced by the family.
