Mr. William Ralph "Bill" Kettlewell, age 61, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Friday evening, May 16, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center. Bill was born April 29, 1953 in Zanesville, Ohio, a son of the late Willard T. and Farris Lucille Johnson Kettlewell. Bill proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. Bill was retired from Mohawk Industries where he was a truck driver for over thirty-five years. He loved camping, NASCAR, sports, drinking beer "Milwaukee's Best" and enjoyed life. But the most important thing in life was his family.

He is survived by his wife, Margaret Ann Lagodny Kettlewell of the home and would have celebrated their thirty-eighth wedding anniversary on June 5, 2014; daughters, Amy Marie Kettlewell of Chatsworth, GA, Kathy Kettlewell of Atlanta, GA, and Vicki Kettlewell of Chatsworth, GA; grandchildren, John, Fred, Trent, Austin, Gavin and Ethan Hall, Hagen McConathy and Aiden Charles; brothers, Michael and Juanita Johnson of Acworth, GA, Willard Thomas Kettlewell, Jr. of Kilgore, TX, Joseph Franklin Kettlewell of Richmond, VA, Robert Kettlewell of Dripping Springs, TX, Kenneth Kettlewell of Coldwater, OH; sisters, Elizabeth Molock of Rockmart, GA, Mary Kettlewell of Dallas, GA, Darleen Kettlewell of Chatsworth, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services to celebrate the life of Mr. William Ralph "Bill" Kettlewell will be held Monday evening, May 19, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with his family sharing memories and stories of his life. Inurnment and nichside services will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Murray Memorial Gardens in Chatsworth, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 5:00 p.m. Monday until the service hour.
