Mrs. Wanda Janette Morgan, age 81, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life on Monday, February 3, 2025 at her home. She was born December 22, 1943, a daughter of the late Milton James Brownlee and Zora Thompson Cochran. She was also preceded in death by her husband Charles "Bill" Morgan, daughter Tammy Wheat.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Eddie Nicholson of Chatsworth, GA, Randy and Megan Nicholson of Marietta, GA; daughter, Crystal Ferrick of Chatsworth, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, James and Ann Brownlee of Dalton, GA, Michael Cochran of Acworth, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Diane and Raymond Parker of Rocky Face, GA, Mary and Roy Hunt of Dalton, GA; nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Wanda Janette Morgan will be held Friday February 7, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with her brother Reverend James Brownlee officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Murray Memorial Gardens with Darren Howard, Tanner Howard, Grant Nicholson, Bennett Nicholson, Nate Nicholson, and Sam Nicholson. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday February 7, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
