Mrs. Wanda Annette Gillespie, age 61, of Stockbridge, Georgia, departed this life Friday, October 27, 2023. She was born December 11, 1961 in Douglasville, Georgia a daughter of the late Clifford Bruce Bearden and Peggy Marie Fulghum Ayers. She was also preceded in death by her husband Johnny Mulkey, son Charlie Mulkey, mother-in-law Dot Poole, father-in-law Bobby Mulkey.

She is survived by her husband Harold Gibson Gillespie of the residence; her children, Bobby and Jennifer Mulkey of Perry, FL, Donnie Mulkey, April and Eugene Chastain, Tia and Joey Muse all of Calhoun, GA; stepchildren, Darrell Gillespie, Linda Barber; brothers, Philip Bearden, Don and Gayla Bearden; sisters, Jane Southerland, Sue and John Appel, Cindy and Junior Chambers, Michelle Ayers; brothers-in-law, Randy and Millie Mulkey, Mike Mulkey; sister-in-law, Brenda Miller and Mark Minter; grandchildren, Dakota Johnson, David Johnson, Dalyn Muse, Kaley Muse, Thea Mulkey, Bobby "Bam-Bam" Mulkey; four great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Wanda Annette Gillespie will be held Sunday November 5, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. from the Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Dr. Lucas Butler officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. Interment will be Monday November 6, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA.
