Mr. Vernon "Buster" Bredeson age 62 of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at the local hospital. Buster was born April 13, 1954, in Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his father, Vernus Bredeson and great grandson Bailey Bredeson.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Diane Bredeson of the residence; mother, Betty Bredeson of Dalton, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Darrell Meadors of Ringgold, GA; sons Joseph Bredeson, Jason Hill of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Vernus and Teresa Bredeson of Dalton, GA, Dusty and Cami Bredeson of Charlotte, NC; sisters and brothers-in-law, Velinda and Wayne Guinn of Tunnel Hill, GA, Verna and Larry Carnes of Rocky Face, GA, Denita and Tom Walters of Dalton, GA, Denise and Roger Hetler of Nashville, TN, Debra and Rex Frost of Atlanta, GA; five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Vernon "Buster" Bredeson will be held Thursday August 4, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. from the Macedonia Baptist Church with Reverend Jimmy Dixon and Reverend David Eaton officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with Kenny Holland, Greg Holland, Tyler Wyatt, Kyler Jones, Tyler Bredeson, and Andy Brewer serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
