Mrs. Verbenia O. Hall Eubanks, age 87, of Resaca, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Murray Medical Center surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was born January 9, 1927 in Bowie County, Texas, a daughter of the late Robert Virgil and Adell Rackey Hall. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Eubanks, daughter, Kathy Charlene Eubanks, brothers, Olan Ray Hall, Billy Hall, great granddaughter, Haley Bliss.

She was a member of the Church of God of the Union Assembly where she taught Sunday School for many years.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Edna and Reggie Gazaway; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Tanya Eubanks; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bob and Genearl Hall, Wayne and Thelma Hall, Ed and Mary Hall, Jim Hall; sister, Helen Marie Hall all of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Michael Gazaway, LaDean Gazaway, Jeremy Eubanks, Nicholas Crawford, Nathan Crawford; great grandchildren, Lauren Gazaway, Karlie Gazaway, Avery Eubanks, Tyler Gazaway, Gregory Bramlett; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Verbenia O. Hall Eubanks will be held Sunday December 14, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the Church of God of the Union Assembly with Reverend Lonnie Starnes officiating. Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
