Mr. Timothy Dale Goins Sr., age 66, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Friday evening August 23, 2013 at the Kindred Hospital in Rome, GA. He was born November 10, 1946 in Caples, West Virginia, a son of the late Tot and Lil Goins. He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Shirley Goins. He was a member of the New Life Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of forty years, Shirley Ann Goins; sons and daughters-in-law, Tim Goins II and Sonya Goins, Jon and April Goins, Mark and Kristy Goins of Chatsworth, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Lara K. and Andrew Hobson of Emerson, GA; step sons, Paul and Tina Bennett of Satsuma, FL, David Bennett. of Chatsworth, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Gail and Matt Hunt of Ocala, FL; grandchildren, Ashley Goins, Katie Goins, Tanner Goins, Gracie Goins, Brady Goins, Will Greig, Brad Patterson, Casey Bennett, Taylor Bennett, David Bennett Jr.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Timothy Dale Goins Sr. will be held Sunday August 25, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. at New Life Baptist Church with Reverend Ricky Spence officiating. The family will receive friends at church from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday August 27, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pine Level Cemetery at 11294 N. Hwy 301 Oxford, FL 34484.
