Mr. Timothy R. Bennett, age 61, of Dalton departed this life, Sunday, February 14, 2016. Timothy was born June 9, 1954 in Dalton, GA, a son of the late Burl and Kate Anderson Bennett. He was also preceded in death by his son, Aaron Daniel Bennett, brother, Bill Bennett. He was employed at the Home Depot. He loved his family and to go fishing.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years wife, Kaye Bennett of the residence; son and son-in-law, Timothy Shane Bennett and Carlos Naranjo of Marietta, GA, son and his fianc, Zachary Tate Bennett and Jessica Torres; granddaughter, Anastasia Mae Bennett of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Charlene Bennett of Cleveland, TN, Jimmy and Tammy Bennett of Cohutta, GA; sisters, Carolyn Bennett of Covington, GA, Becky Moody, Linda Carlisle of Dalton, GA, Gail and Patrick Frances of Calhoun, GA.

Memorial services to celebrate the life of Mr. Timothy Bennett will be held Saturday February 20, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Dr. Danny Cochran officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
