Mr. Thomas "Tommy" Edward Davis, age 57 of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday, April 4, 2022 at his residence. He was born April 14, 1964 in Dalton, GA. He was preceded in death by his sister Diane Adams.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Ruth Davis; father and stepmother, Ralph and Paulette Davis of Dalton, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Annie Davis of Dalton, GA, Terry and Darlene Kendrick of Calhoun, GA; sisters and brother-in-law, Becky and James Ellis of Cohutta, GA, Lindsey Dean of Dalton, GA; special nephew, Calvin Whitmore of Dalton, GA; special friends, Jeremy Benzinger, Patty Godfrey of Dalton, GA.

Service will be held Monday April 11, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Gary Bowing officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with Calvin Whitmore, James Ellis, Brandon Ellis, Tommy Dean, Chris Webb and Jeremy Benzinger serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
