Mrs. Jeannette Blackwell, age 72, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life peacefully on Sunday afternoon, August 02, 2026, at Gordon Health Care. She was born December 6, 1953, in Ocilla, Georgia, a daughter of the late Ralph Jackson and Ruby Spradlin.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ernest and Donna Howard; daughter, Angela Sisk of Chatsworth, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Annette and Jimmy Stepp of Ringgold, GA; grandchildren, Cody Howard, Daphanie Arnold, Josh Whitaker; six great grandchildren.

Private service will be held at a later date.
