Mr. Terry Brett Charles, age 64, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Grady Memorial Hospital, in Atlanta, Georgia.

Terry was born December 12, 1960, in Chicago, Illinois.  He was preceded in death by a son, Kyle Goggins, his father, Reverend Bill Charles, and a sister-in-law, Stacy Charles.

He worked many years at Lyle Industries.

He is survived by his children, Dana (Cody Jones) Charles of Dalton, GA, and  Sage Charles of Wisconsin; grandchildren, Grayson Jones, Quinn Charles, Liam Charles and Ava Jones; mother, Kathleen White of Chatsworth, GA; brothers, Marty Charles of Dalton, GA, and Ricky Charles of Chatsworth, GA; nieces and nephews, Kacey and Chris Bailey, Kelly and Josh Keaton; great-nieces and nephews, Pierce Bailey, Ezra Bailey, Caroline Keaton, Reagon Bailey, Caroline Keeton and Hallie Keaton.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Terry Brett Charles will be held Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Bruce Edwards officiating.  He will be laid to rest at Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens, Monday morning, April 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday.
