Mrs. Teresa Yvonne Gillespie, age 65 of Dalton, GA, departed this life, Wednesday September 25, 2019 at her home. Teresa was born September 16, 1954, the daughter of the late Arthur Huggins and step-father, Doyce White. For 17 years Teresa worked for Dalton Pre-School and retired in 2012.

Teresa is survived by her daughters, Amanda ( Taurus) Hill, Leah Nichole Gillespie (Kevin Beccera), all of Chatsworth, GA; mother, Thelma Jane Rogers White; grandchildren, Alexandria Trent, Hannah Trent, Ashton Trent, Gianna Beccera; brothers, Anthony White, Timothy ( Janet ) White, all of Ider, AL; sister, Penny ( Steve) Lea of Fort Payne, AL; the father of her children, Ralph Gillespie.

The family will receive friends Monday September 30, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel.

The celebration of Teresa life will be held, Monday September 30, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel with Ross Jordan officiating
