Mrs. Teresa Liles Cross Couch, age 48, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life Monday evening, July 1, 2013 at the Gordon Hospital. Teresa was born November 13, 1964, in Rome, Georgia. She was also preceded in death by her father, William Edward Liles. She was a member of the Victory Fellowship Center in Calhoun, GA. Teresa's mother, daughters and sisters want to express that she was a loving mother and sister. Strong in her faith in God and will be our angle in heaven looking over her family. Teresa was known in her community for the green thumb that blessed her to share the wonderful harvest of vegetables, jams and famous canned beets that won her many ribbons and praise from all who got the pleasure to sample. She was also a avid hunter, along side of her husband. Nature brought such joy to her life and blessed her with many happy memories, along with her furry children. Teresa was an organ donor, and with the gift of her bodily donations many people will benefit from her selfless act.

She is survived by her husband, Pete Couch of Calhoun, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Kristie Cross and John Holbert of Calhoun, GA, Kelsey Lynn Couch of Acworth, GA; mother, Charlotte Atkinson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Tammy Elaine and Ricky Bradley, Trudy Lynn and FSC (Retired) Bruce Spearman all of Rocky Face, GA; grandchildren, Gracie Faith Holbert, Kaleb Christian Holbert, Isaac Cross Holbert, Kylan Lane Stewart; her beloved pets, Soxy, Alley, Bowser, Lucy; nephews, Jonathan Allen Watkins, Jordan LaDane Henderson; aunt, Linda Gail Hester; father-inlaw and mother-in-law, Jerry and Gail Couch of Dalton, GA; several cousins and friends.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Teresa Liles Cross Couch will be held Saturday, July 6, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel withElder Marc Moore officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. on Friday.
