Mrs. Tammie Lynn Winters, age 59 of Chatsworth, GA, departed this life, Sunday August 29, 2021 at the local hospital. She was born March 22, 1962 in Atlanta, GA. She was preceded in death by her father Lee Hill, mother, Willie Mae Pugh Johnson, sister, Cindy Hill.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Larry Winters of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Letisha Winters of Tunnel Hill, GA; daughter, Tosha Winters of Chatsworth, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Jane Matthews, Eddie Matthews of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Gail Corn, Connie Tate of Chatsworth, GA; grandchildren, Aries, Braxton, Bella and Kinsleigh Winters; several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Tammie Lynn Winters will be held Friday September 3, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Interment will follow in the Ponders Murray Memorial Gardens.

The family request everyone to wear a mask while in the building for visitation and funeral service.
