Mrs. Sylvia Letitia McClure, age 72, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday morning, June 15, 2020 at the local hospital. She was born December 9, 1947 in Dalton, GA, a daughter of the late Tom and Mary Ruth White McClure. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Larry McClure.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tim and Hilda Mills; grandson, Austin Mills of Dalton, GA; uncles and aunts, Jerry and Margret Ingle, Randall and Linda Ingle, Houston and Sandra Smith all of Chatsworth, GA.

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Sylvia Letitia McClure will be held Saturday June 20, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Due to the national health crisis crowd restrictions and social distancing is recommended.
