Mrs. Susan Immaculata Brooks, age 55, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, departed this life Friday afternoon, September 11, 2015 at her home. Susan was born October 4, 1959 in Millville, New Jersey. Susan was a 1977 of Morrow High School in Morrow, Georgia. Susan was the manufacturing manager of Chilewich Sultan Textiles in Chatsworth, Georgia. She was a member of Saint Michael's Roman Catholic Church in Roswell, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, George Bolton and a grandson, Sebastian Lankford.
She is survived by her husband, Allen Brooks of the residence; daughters and sons-in-law, Seante and Jeff Carter of Florence, KY, Christa and Brandon Speights of Dalton, GA, Gloria and Joshua Atkins of Tunnel Hill, GA; sons, Michael Bolton of Dalton, GA, and William Brooks of Tunnel Hill, GA; mother, Gloria Felmey Bolton of Sommerville, MO; sisters, Georgia Bonney of New Jersey, Jane Rieffel of Georgia, Alicia Timberman of New Jersey, Heather Potter of Kentucky, Veronica Miller and Megan Zottolla both of Pennsylvania; brothers, Thomas Bolton of California, Christopher Bolton of Missouri, Brian Bolton, Sean Bolton, George Bolton all of Tennessee, Patrick Bolton of Indiana and Kevin Bolton of Pennsylvania; nineteen grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Requiem Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday morning, September 15, 2015 at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Father Christopher Danel officiating. Rosary will be said at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday morning preceding the Mass. Burial will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until the service hour.
