Mr. Stephen Foster Wright age 69, of Cohutta, GA departed this life Sunday March 8, 2020 at the local hospital. He was born September 11, 1950 in Dalton, GA a son of the late James T. and Velma Lunsford Wright. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Jerry L. Wright. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Courtney Lowery and Lester Yarber II of Tunnel Hill, GA; his significate other, Patricia Lowery of Cohutta, GA; seven grandchildren.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Stephen Foster Wright will be held Wednesday March 11, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Larry Morgan officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
