Mrs. Sherell Diane Stack, age 61, of Dalton, GA, departed this life, Tuesday October 10, 2017 at Hamilton Medical Center. Sherell was born June 8, 1956 in Dalton, GA, the daughter of the late George Benjamin Gazaway Sr and Vernie Mae Stinson Gazaway.

Mrs. Sherell Diane Stack is survived by her husband, Kevin Stack; daughter, Cassie Stack, sons, Shawn and Tonya Masters, Shane and Gina Masters, Wesley Coker, Cody Coker; grandchildren, Makenzi Masters, Mason Masters, Maddox Masters; brother, George and Jeleta Gazaway Jr.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Sherell Diane Stack, will be held Saturday October 14, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. with Reverend Tony Robertson and Reverend Billy Willis officiating. Sherell will be laid to rest next to her parents at Popular Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with Chris Cooper, Cody Suddeth, Brandon Norwood, Cameron McCarver, Mikey Moore and Chance Hammontree serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Ponders Funeral Home to help with the cost of the funeral.

The family will receive friends Friday October 13, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Ponders Melrose Chapel.
