Ms. Shannon Renae Bennett age 47 of Chatsworth, GA departed this life Saturday November 10, 2018. She was born February 18, 1971 in Dalton, GA. She is preceded in death by grandparents; Charlie and Myrtle Hackney, Jim and Della Swanson.

She is survived by her father and step mother, Jerry and Shari Swanson; mother, Sharon Hackney McDonald, of Dalton; children; Jacob and Pam Bennett and Justin Bennett and Nicole Callahan of Chatsworth, GA; sisters, Christa Silvers of Dalton, GA, Rachael and Heath Steelman of Crandall, Jennifer Bonilla of Dalton, GA; brother, BJ and Tiffany Swanson of Chatsworth, GA; special niece, Cesily and Jamie Holder; grandchildren, Brookelynn, Heavenleigh, Kason, Kaylee and Kadence Bennett; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Shannon Renae Bennett will be Wednesday November 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Ponders Funeral Home. The family will meet with friends Wednesday from 10 AM until the funeral hour. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens
