Mrs. Sarah Rasha Smallen, age 38, of Tunnel Hill, GA, departed this life Monday January 1, 2018 at the local hospital. She was born June 24, 1979 in Dalton, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Josh Smallen, grandparents, Troy and Sarah Ford, Bradley and Marilyn Smith.
She is survived by her daughter, Morgan Smallen of Tunnel Hill, GA; parents, Kenneth and Nancy Smith of Dalton, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Mandy and Kris Smith of Chatsworth, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Jesse Smith of Dalton, GA; special niece, Bonnie Kay Smith; beloved pets, Chanel, Bo and Pepper.
Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Sarah Rasha Smallen will be held Saturday January 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park with Kenneth Smith, Terry McDaniel, Bryson Whitmore, Brad Smith Sr., Brad Smith Jr. and Kris Smith serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday.
