Ms. Sarah Patsy Eddy Colvard, age 74, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday July 21, 2023. She was born July 3, 1949 in Fayetteville, TN, a daughter of the late Elisha and Sue Stewart Eddy. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Colvard, daughter Sharon Bunn, grandchildren, Kenneth Bunn, Michael Rogers, brother, Phillip Eddy, sister, Brenda Eddy.

She is survived by her son, Jeff Bunn and Jill Dudley; daughter, Donna Rogers of Dalton, GA; brother, Ray Eddy; sister Wanda Thompson of Fayetteville, TN; Lana Brown of Lewisburg TN; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Sarah Patsy Eddy Colvard will be held Wednesday July 26, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Jackie Ellington officiating. Interment will follow in the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery with JT Dudley, Steven Dean, Lance Ogle, Jason Patterson, Jake Layman and Daniel Rollins serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
