Ms. Ruth Charolette Cooper, age 84, of Crandall, Georgia, departed this life Saturday March 16, 2019 at the Chatsworth Health Care. She was born September 16, 1934 in Oxford, AL a daughter of the late William Wesley and Phoebe Byers Horton. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Frances Goodman, special friend Pat Supaulvido.

She is survived by her daughter, Denice Cooper Jones of Chatsworth, GA; sons and daughter-in-law, Robin and Terri Cooper of Dalton, GA, Gary Robert Cooper, Randall Cooper of Crandall, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Al and Lona Horton of McAllister, OK, Max Horton of Tulsa, OK; sisters and brother-in-law, Dean Kilgore of Bridgeport, AL, Bettye and Ken Bunch of Madison, TN; grandchildren, Tara and Randy Cross, Shana Stevenson, Kelli and Brandon McDonald, Clint Cooper, Ashley Cooper; great grandchildren, Cole, Kade, Braven, Millie; several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service to celebrate the life of Ms. Ruth Charolette Cooper will be held Tuesday March 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Wayne Loveless officiating. Interment will follow in the Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday.
