Mrs. Ruby Pearl Patty, 80, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at the local hospital. She was born June 5, 1938 in Athens, Tennessee, and daughter of the late Clyde Owenby and Pearl Smith Cline. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mildred Owenby, brothers, Erwin Owenby, Lester Owenby.

She is survived by her son, Gary Gregory of Chatsworth, GA; daughters, Shelly Livengood, Vickie Godfrey of Chattanooga, TN; sister, Lucille Raper of Cleveland, TN, brother, William Owenby of Athens, TN; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

At the request of the family Mrs. Ruby Pearl Patty will be cremated and services will be held at a later date.
