Mr. Roy BW Kendrick, age 66, of Chatsworth, GA, departed this life, Monday, February 22, 2016 at his residence. Roy was born March 3, 1949 in Chatsworth, GA, a son of the late France and Dollie Bryson Kendrick. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Alvin, Willard, Bobby, Jake and Grady Kendrick; sisters, Jewell Carroll, Lucile Smith, Mary Ruth Rice, Dixie Patterson, Mildred Jones.

He is survived by his wife, Gerelene McGill Kendrick of Chatsworth, GA; sons and daughter-in-law, Larry and Penny Kendrick of Cleveland, TN, Billy Kendrick, Harlan Kendrick of Chatsworth, GA; daughter, Mary Davis of Etowah, TN; brothers and sisters-in-law, Buck and Sue Kendrick of Chatsworth, GA, Earl Gene and Pauline Kendrick of Resaca, GA; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Roy BW Kendrick will be held Saturday February 27, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. Interment will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens with George Brewer, Brandon Arnold, Brandon Garrison, Steven Kendrick, Lavone Rice serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday.
