Mrs. Rose Christine Mullins, age 68, of Dalton, GA, departed this life and went to her Saviors house December 11, 2015. Rose was born June 18, 1947 in Copper Hill, TN. She was the daughter of the late, Clarence Killion and Nellie Lowery Killion. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Mullins; sons, Michael Byers and Donald Mullins; brother, James L. Killion and sister, Maragret Beavers. Rose was a member of Abundant Life Baptist Church.
Mrs. Rose Christine Mullins is survived by her son, Dewayne and Wendy Miller of Dalton, GA; daughter, Tammy and Adam Williams of Resaca, GA, brothers, Johnny and Kim Killion, Eddie and Annita Killion and Ray Lynn Killion; sister, Faye and Larry McClure; grandchildren, Tiffany Williams, Monica Williams, Christine Harrier, Zachariah Miller, Joshua Miller, Sarah Miller, Victoria Miller, Ann Marie Miller, Javin Byers and C.J. Byers; great- grandchildren, Adison Anderson, Emma Rose Miller Hayden Harrier, Carter Harrier, Kaydence Byers, Abel Byers, Blakilee Byers, Kyler Byers, Madison Byers and Landon Tritt; special neighbor Bobby Hall and several nieces and nephews.
The service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Rose Christine Mullins will be held Monday December 14, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel, with Rev. J.R Holcomb and Rev Terry Payne officiating. Burial will follow at United Memorial Gardens, with her grandsons serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends Sunday December 13, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m at Ponders Melrose Chapel.
