There will be no repast.  "The last time was the last time."

Our love accepted her love, Jesus Christ as a young child.

Robin was a member of Hurst United Methodist Church. Robin began serving in the choir. However, this was not her fit. She was told to move her lips and look pretty. Later Robin found her gifting as she did the Children's Message. Robin was not afraid to share the love of Christ.

Robin loved her precious Family. Family was everything to her. Robin wants the Family to know she understood the overwhelming journey they had to take because of her illness. Robin praises God that it deepened the bonds of understanding and love.

Robin loved cooking. Her culinary skills were amazing. When Robin closed her kitchen, due to illness, the seasonings she gave away many never knew existed. Robin found great joy in feeding family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and those who dropped in after hearing she was cooking.

Robin loved hosting parties. She looked for reasons to give parties.

She was a people person full of joy and laughter, yet she knew when to speak the truth in love. She liked things done decently and in order. With great love, we who knew her, called her "bossy".

Robin enjoyed traveling and would have loved to do much more. She had planned to do so after retirement. The illness regretfully changed that.

Proverbs 18:24 states, A man that has friends must show himself friendly. Robin exemplified this. Robin deeply loved her friends and her friends felt the same.

Another love of her life was her career at Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute. She served 42 years there. Robin began at Pine Breeze the first 20 years with at risk youth. The last 22 years was spent serving adults. Her favorite was serving geriatric Patients. They became the joy of her career. Robin's motto was "If you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life".

Robin appreciated deeply the care and love shared during her illness.

Those of us chosen to walk the final miles in that journey are now aware of the gift it was to serve her.

Robin was a courageous, gifted women. She shall be tremendously missed.
