Mr. Richard Bruce Haynes, age 78, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday, October 16, 2023, at his home. He was born January 1, 1945 in Seattle, Washington. He retired from the United States Navy after 24 years of service.
At his request no services will be held at this time.
