Mrs. Rheba Helen Holcomb, age 89, of Dalton, GA, departed this life Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at Quinton Memorial Health Care. Rheba was born June 25, 1924 in Dalton, GA, a daughter of the late Marvin Thomas Jack and Myrtle Wright. She was also preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Holcomb, sons, James Derrell Holcomb and Gary Wayne Holcomb, brother, Harold Helton.

She is survived by her sons;Don Holcomb of Rocky Face, GA, Mike Holcomb of Powder Springs, GA; grandchildren, Katherine Michelle Holcomb of Powder Springs, GA, Donna Melissa Cromer of Rocky Face, GA, Ashley McMillan of Panama City, FL, daughter-in-law, Sue Holcomb of Rocky Face, GA; great grandchildren, Amy Holcomb, Cody Cromer.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Rheba Helen Holcomb will be held Friday, April 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. Interment will follow in the Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. on Thursday.
