Mr. Randy Lee "Little Brother" Pippin, age 56, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Sunday morning, September 22, 2013 at Hamilton Medical Center in Dalton, Georgia. He was known to his close friends as "Big R". Randy was born April 7, 1957 in Dalton, Georgia. He was employed at Textile Rubber. Randy was a true outdoorsman. His passion was deer hunting and he was looking forward to deer season.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harry Willard Pippin.

He is survived by his mother, Mae Lock Pippin of Dalton, GA; his children, Eric of Dalton, GA, and Jessica of Savannah, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and Ruthi Pippin of Okeechobee, FL, Eddie and Vicki Pippin of Dalton, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Annette Plott of Calhoun, GA, Bobbie Dorman, Margie and Lee Jordan, Pam Pippin all of Dalton, GA; special friends, Kenneth and Rita King of Chatsworth, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Randy Lee Pippin will be held Tuesday evening, September 24, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with his close friends and family officiating. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday until the service hour.
