Mr. Rafael Garcia Torres, age 65, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Saturday evening, November 26, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born June 9, 1957 in Durango, Mexico. He was preceded in death by his mother Margarita Torres.

He is survived by his father, David Torres of Mexico; sons and daughter-in-law, Rafael Jr. and Karen Garcia of San Juan, TX, Ulysis Garcia; daughter and sons-in-law, Mirna Garcia and Miguel Figueroa, Anabel and Jose Jesus Duarte, Sitlaly and Brahulio Rios, Marbella Garcia all of Dalton, GA; brothers, Lorenzo Garcia Torres, Roberto Garcia Torres, Gregorio Garcia Torres, Aureliano Garcia Torres, Anacleto Garcia Torres, Javier Garcia Torres; sisters, Luz Maria Garcia Torres, Guadalupe Garcia Torres, Maria Elia Garcia Torres all of Mexico; fifteen grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
