Mr. Phillip M. Huff, age 74, of Trion, GA, formerly of Rocky Face, GA departed this life, Friday, January 1, 2021 at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, GA. Phillip was born January 3, 1946 in Maryville, TN, a son of the late Roy L. and Genevieve Franklin Huff. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years Polly A. Wilburn Huff, brother, James LeRoy Huff, sister, Evelyn Huff Neeley. He was a proud member of Quitman Lodge # 106 and a Honorary member of 11 other Masonic Lodges. Member of the Alhambra Shrine of Chattanooga, TN, and a past member of Yaarab Shrine of Atlanta, GA. Member of Westside Baptist Church.

He is survived by his son, Scott Huff Sr. of Trion, GA; daughter, Mary Huff of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA; grandson, Scott Huff Jr.(Bree) of Gatlinburg, TN; granddaughter, Jennifer Cameron of Dalton, GA; great grandchildren, Castiel, Lorelei, Luna; brothers and sisters, Robert and Glenda Huff of Seymour, TN, Charles Huff, Janice and Cecil Walker, Yvonne Pickens of Maryville, TN; sister-in-law, Ann Huff of Maryville, TN; nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Phillip M. Huff will be held Saturday January 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Dr. Garry Hill officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Graveside serve will be held Saturday January 9, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. from the Piney Level Baptist Church in Maryville, TN with Joe Woodard officiating. Brian McQuire, Brent Shepard, Kirt Walker, Darian Shepard, Eddie Huff, Johnny Huff, Thomas Pickens, Greg Huff and Brian Huff serving as pallbearers.

Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
