Mrs. Peggy Sue Marcin age 76, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday, July 24, 2015 at the local hospital. Peggy was born October 13, 1938 in Cartersville, GA a daughter the late Oran James and Bernice Murphy Stafford. She was also preceded in death by her brothers Eugene and Jimmy Stafford.
She is survived by her husband of twenty three years, Roger Marcin; daughter, Donna Kaye Freeman; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Mary Stafford; sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Ron Summey; nephews, Kenneth, Kevin Summey, Andy Stafford and Jeff Stafford; grandchildren, Gabrielle Gutierrez, Ryan Gutierrez all of Dalton, GA.
Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Peggy Sue Marcin will be held Wednesday July 29, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Kenneth Summey officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. an Tuesday.
