Mr. Paul T. Womac, age 77, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Friday afternoon, January 17, 2025, at the local hospital. He was born November 19, 1947 in Riceville, Tennessee, a son of the late Henry Arnold and Nina Parkerson Womac. He was also preceded in death by his sisters Kathrine Guffey, Helen Edwards, Evelyn Brooks, Nina Kinder, brother Joe Womac.

He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Paul T. Womac Jr. and Jenny Womac of Dalton, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Pamela and Doug Russell of Rossville, GA, Emma and Kassey VanDerveer of Ocoee, TN, Karen and Tommy Hawkins of Chatsworth, GA; brothers and sisters-in-law, Lee Womac of Riceville, TN, Sterlin and Juanita Womac of Calhoun, TN, Max Womac of Riceville, TN, Charlie and Linda Womac of Waipahu, HI, Pat and Lisa Edwards of Riceville, TN; best friend, Bob Riemke of Chatsworth, GA; fifteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and lots of cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at 9:00 am on Saturday, July 26, 2025 at Fort Mountain State Park at shelter #4.
