Mrs. Patsy Ruth Neely Cline, age 91, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday morning, November 17, 2023 at Quinton Memorial Health Care.   Patsy was born October 6, 1932, in Johnson City, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Charles and Norajohn Owens Neely.  She was also preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, Allen "Bryant" Cline, who died October 11, 2015, and her brothers, Daniel Neely, James Neely and Jack Neely.

Patsy was a graduate of Dalton High School.  She worked many years at Hurt's Cleaners and Fashion Cleaners.  Patsy was a faithful member of the Dalton First Church of the Nazarene.

Patsy had a vivacious spirit and never met a stranger. A beautiful lady with a pure heart.

Patsy is survived by a sister-in-law, Ruby Neely of Taylorsville, Georgia.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Patsy Ruth Neely Cline will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. at Dalton First Church of the Nazarene with her pastor, Reverend Mark Amspaugh officiating. Music will be arranged by Reverend Rhonda Frye.  She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband at Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends at Dalton First Church of the Nazarene (2325 Chattanooga Rd., Dalton, GA, 30720) after 12:30 p.m. Monday until the service hour.
