Mr. Patrick Keller Crouch, age 54, of Dalton, GA., departed this life, October 8, 2016 at his residence. Patrick was born April 11, 1962 in Ellwood, Indiana.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harrison and Nella Coons.

Patrick was employed at Beaulieu of America for the past 11 years. He loved to go fishing and find reptiles, but his pride and joy was his daughter, Ashley.

He is survived by his mother, Annette Crouch of Kokomo, Indiana; daughter, Ashley Crouch of Dalton, GA; brother, Shawn Crouch, of Kokomo, Indiana; sister and brother-in-law, Maria and Tommy Mills of Rocky Face, GA; nephew, Joshua Crouch of Texas.

Memorial Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Patrick Keller Crouch will be held, Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 2:00p.m. from the Melrose Chapel of Ponders Funeral Home with Reverend Michael Watkins officiating. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home from 1:00p.m. until the service hour.
