Mr. Patrick Wayne Blevins, age 47 of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life at his home surrounded by his loving family, Tuesday December 28, 2021. Patrick was born July 22, 1974 the son of the late Velani "Satch" Blevins and Delores June McCauley Blevins. He was also preceded in death by his brother Terry Blevins. He was employed by Brauns Express.

Patrick is survived by his son Jason Blevins and Beth Smith; brothers, Ronnie and Debra Blevins of Chatsworth, Georgia, Richard and Edie Ulery of Nicktown, Pennsylvania, Vonnie Blevins of the Beaverdale community; sister, Elizabeth Blevins of Dalton, Georgia.

Service to celebrate the life of Patrick will be held Thursday December 30, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Richard Ulery officiating. Interment will follow the service at Ponders Murray Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Thursday December 30, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
