Mrs. Patricia Ann Whitton, age 80, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia, went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at Erlanger Hospital. She was born January 11, 1944 in Bremen, Georgia and daughter of the late Boyd and Virginia Wood. She was a faithful Pastors wife for 54 years and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dr. Levoyd Whitton of the residence; sons and daughters-in-law, Eric and Teresa Whitton of Chattanooga, TN, Paul and Shelley Whitton of Calhoun, GA; grandchildren, Rebekah and Adam Zimmerman of Canton, GA, Lee and Nicole Whitton of Brookhaven, GA, Maci and Brett Bishop, Bayley and Trey Fair of Calhoun, GA; great grandchildren, Avery, Addy, Ashton Grace, Hudson, Isaac, Greyson, Isla.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Patricia Ann Whitton will be held Sunday August 25, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with her son Reverend Paul Whitton and Reverend Jimmy Thomasson officiating. Interment will follow in the Buchanan City Cemetery with Rick Pippin, Josh Stander, Trey Fair, Brett Bishop, Adam Zimmerman and David Jumper serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
