Mrs. Patricia Yvonne "Pat" Montieth age 68 of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Saturday May 11, 2019 at the Erlanger Health System in Chattanooga, Tennessee.  Pat was born June 29, 1950 in Dalton, Georgia, a daughter of the late Arvil Junior and Frances Ellen Watkins Page.  She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Kay Palomino, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Dan and Martha Montieth and a brother-in-law, Skip Montieth.

Pat was a very sweet lady who loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren.  Her favorite pastime was playing cards with her grandchildren and listening to Joe Nichols.

She is survived by her husband of fifty-two years, Danny Montieth of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Chris Murray of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Griselda "Sella" Vazquez, Miguel Aristondo, Kelcie Murray and Ryleigh Murray; special great-granddaughter, Lexi Goswick; sisters and brothers-in-law, Irene and Trammell McMahan of Townsend, TN, Mary Ann and Earl Cowart of Dalton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Wayne and Judy Page of Calhoun, GA; sister-in-law, Linda Montieth of Dalton, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Ginger Montieth of Rocky Face, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Patricia Yvonne "Pat" Montieth will be held Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with her lifelong family friend, Reverend Charlie Hamm officiating.  She will be laid to rest at Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens with Marty Bramlett, Joseph Holland, Chris Roy, Mitch Adams, Marshall Cowart, Ross Poe and Tommy Whaley honored to serve as pallbearers.  The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel on Monday, May 13, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and after 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until the service hour.
