Ms. Pamela Daneen Cole, age 51, of Dalton, Georgia, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Saturday morning November 7, 2015 at the local hospital. Pam was born August 8, 1964 in Dalton, Georgia. She was a 1982 graduate of Dalton High School and received her Associates degree from Dalton State College. She worked many years at Mohawk Industries. She attended Westside Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her Daddy, James E. McPherson and her grandmother, Delphia Owen.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Delphia "Niki" and Justin Worley; grandson, James Worley; mother, Marie McPherson; brother, Greg McPherson all of Dalton, GA; her constant companion and little lap dog, Peaches; boyfriend, Ray Eller; sisters, Tonya Bryant of Marida, FL, Angela Jones and Tammy Cockburn both of Dalton, GA; aunts, Jane and Trammel Hammontree and Syble and Elbert Knight; uncle, Neal and Phyllis Owen; special friends, Darlene Wright, Bobby Baker, Teresa Cochran, Sherrie Garner and many other friends; ten nieces and nephews and nine great-nieces and great-nephews.
Services to celebrate the life of Ms. Pamela Daneen Cole will be held Tuesday morning, November 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Rick Edwards officiating. She will be laid to rest at Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens with Randy Beaver, Bobby Baker, Paul Dempsey, Michael Garner, Ryan Walker and Gary Leming serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until the service hour.
