Mr. Oscar Williams, age 81 of Lafayette, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at the Pruitt Health Care. He was born June 26, 1941 in Indianapolis, Indiana, a son of the late Kenneth and Alberta Lowman Williams. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Helen Holcomb Williams.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Doug Higdon of Sugar Valley, GA; stepsons and daughters-in-law, Roy and Carla Gentry, Ben and Renee Bennett of Dalton, GA; special friends, Johnny and Mildred Gunter, Linda Gunter, Russel Linder, Brenda Gunter, Larry Stiles of Dalton, GA; sisters, Jean White of Alabama, Iris Williams-Wussow of North Carolina, Suzan Plaza of Bolivia; grandchildren, Zachery and Summer Morris, Cheyanne and Michael Murphree; great grandchildren, Bodee, Asher, Declan, Ellee, Finnley; several nieces and nephews;

At his request he will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
