Mrs. Norma Jean Muse Roberson Green, known as granny to everyone age 90, of Resaca, Georgia, went peacefully to her heavenly home on Wednesday May 21, 2025. She was born April 21, 1935 in Resaca, Georgia a daughter of the late John H. and Eve Cloe Muse. She was also preceded in death by the father of her children Marshie Roberson, sons Ronny Roberson, Herbert Roberson, Alvin Roberson, Danny Roberson, brothers Edgar Muse, Roy Muse, sister Mildred Couch, grandchildren James Roberson, Kevin Howland, Susan Ballew, Ronald Roberson.

She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Virginia and Dan Howland of Smyrna, TN, Elaine McRee of Resaca, GA, Melissa and Randy Grooms of Chatsworth, GA, 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren and a special niece.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Norma Jean Muse Roberson Green will be held Saturday May 24, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Reverend Jerry Green officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery with her grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday.
