Mr. Noel Hunt Chamberlin, age 77, of Cohutta, Georgia, departed this life, Monday February 10, 2020. He was born July 14, 1942 in Mount Clair, New Jersey the son of Noel S. and Frances Cline Chamberlin. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Chamberlin, brothers, Donald Chamberlin, Larry Chamberlin, brother-in-law, William Garrett. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. His love for trains came from his grandfather Howard "Pop Pop" Cline.

He is survived by his daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie Lee and Richard J. Schlosser of Ocala, FL, Darlene and Chris Morgan of Cohutta, GA, Dureen and Steven Giddens of Rocky Face, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Kim and Debi Chamberlin of Pennsylvania; sister, Denise Garrett of South Carolina; sister-in-law, Christina Chamberlin of New Jersey; grandchildren, Nicole and Brandon Lemieux, Renee and Ray Hamilton, Brice Schlosser, Melinda Schlosser, Amber Schlosser, Haven Morgan, Zane Morgan, Blake Giddens, Larkin Giddens; great grandchild, Ethan Lemieux; several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Noel Hunt Chamberlin will be held Friday February 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Chris Branscomb officiating. He will be laid to rest beside his wife at Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to your favorite charity in honor of Mr. Chamberlin.
