Mr. Nealson "Luke" Fields, age 21, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday, May 20, 2013. Luke was born March 26, 1992 in Dalton, Georgia. He was a 2010 graduate of Polk County High School in Benton, Tennessee. He was employed at Whirlpool in Benton, Tennessee. Luke loved music and loved to play the guitar.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Violet and Kelly Martin of Benton, TN; father and step-mother, Neal and Elicenia Fields of Dalton, GA; brothers, Nathaniel Martin, Daniel Martin, Johnathon Martin, Giovanny Fields and Jairo Fields; sisters and brothers-in-law, Jenny and James Carpenter, Tricia and Jason Shelton and Lauren Newton; grandparents, Gloria Martin and Harold Caulley; uncles and aunts, Lee and Tina Fields, Thomas Tilson, Tracy Tilson, Pauline Tatum, Joshua Caulley, Harold Caulley, Jr., and Justin Peacock; great-aunt, Phyllis Fields; several cousins and many friends.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Nealson Luke Fields will be Wednesday evening, May 22, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday until the service hour..
