The funeral service for Mrs. Nancy M. Mizzell, 83, of Dalton, GA, formerly of Oxford, will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2015 at K.L. Brown Memory Chapel in Golden Springs with Jim Harrington officiating. Burial will follow at Dogwood Trail Memorial Gardens in Oxford. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.

Mrs. Mizzell passed away on February 23, 2015 in Dalton, GA.

Mrs. Mizzell was a native of Ashland and had resided in Calhoun County from 1974 until she moved to Dalton in 2006. She was a member of Greenbrier Church of Christ and was a homemaker.

Mrs. Mizzell is survived by her daughters, Betty Reynolds and her husband, Richard, of Florence, AL and Judy Tomlin and her husband, William, of Ragland; a son, George Mizzell and his wife, Linda, of Dalton; a brother, Bobby Royster of Gilbert, SC; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
