Monserrate Howell, 94 of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2019
Visitation: Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 1pm to 3pm at Jernigan-Warren, Funeral:Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 3pm at Jernigan-Warren Chapel.
Burial will take place at a later date in Whitfield Memorial Gardens in Dalton, Georgia
