Mr. Michael Haden Williams, age 23, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday afternoon, March 22, 2015. Haden was born June 23, 1991 in Dalton, Georgia. Haden was a graduate of Phoenix High School and obtained an associate degree from Dalton College. Haden was a very sweet, kind, sensitive, intelligent and loving person. He was a gifted guitar player and a talented artist. He liked classic rock and roll, UGA Football and Duke Basketball. He was a wonderful father.

He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Roy Rogers.

He is survived by his daughter, Ava Maylee Williams; wife, Yolanda Blackwell Williams; mother, Teresa Renz and Todd Gavin; father, Brant Williams; brother, Greyson Renz; step father , Greg Renz; grandparents, Earlene and David White, Jim and Peggy Williams, Susan Williams; uncles and aunts, Paul and Martha Rollins, Jason Rogers, Scott Williams and Brooke Williams; cousins, Jarrod Rollins, Kaitlin Williams Head, Jessie, Kylee and Mara Williams, A.J. and Aaron Joiner; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Landen and Christie Blackwell; several great-aunts and great-uncles.

Services to celebrate the life of Haden Williams will be held Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
